Co-founder of Happen Together CIC I work with people, communities and organisations to create connections that make great ideas happen.  I believe passionately that it is people and their relationships that deliver meaningful and purposeful change through the power of collaboration – when people feel they have meaning they are at their happiest, their most creative, resilient and productive.

I use coaching, facilitation, project, organisational and system design tools to bring ideas to fruition.  I am skilled at facilitating a wide-range of solutions for projects that will:

  • IDEALS: strategic development focused on increasing the diversity of participation for Namibian Cycling Federation
  • Facilitating participatory workshops at conferences, Strategy Days and other events
  • Promoting women and girls’ engagement in power and politics, through #DivaManc, and as co-lead for The Parliament Project North.
