Nicola Waterworth – Happen CIC

Co-founder of Happen Together CIC I work with people, communities and organisations to create connections that make great ideas happen.  I believe passionately that it is people and their relationships that deliver meaningful and purposeful change through the power of collaboration – when people feel they have meaning they are at their happiest, their most creative, resilient and productive.

I use coaching, facilitation, project, organisational and system design tools to bring ideas to fruition.  I am skilled at facilitating a wide-range of solutions for projects that will:

  • Find It Film: film production and screenings to promote participation in sport and outdoor adventure
  • Ignite: building a leadership community of women cycling coaches with British Cycling
